Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Analyst, Benefits – EMEA, located in Manila, Philippines. You will join the HR Global Services Benefits team and help deliver consistent employee benefits services across the EMEA region.

The role involves administering, implementing, and improving benefits programs, partnering with stakeholders and vendors, and supporting enrollment and communications to enhance employee wellbeing and engagement in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Preferred: professional certification in HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR, shared services, or total rewards.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits cases for EMEA employees with timely resolution.
• Support leave and time-off programs, policy guidance, and case management.
• Coordinate with external vendors (Aon, Alight) for service delivery and issue resolution.
• Assist with annual renewal, enrollment activities, and communications.
• Support implementation of new benefits programs and change initiatives.
• Respond to policy inquiries and provide benefits interpretations.
