Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and RPO clients, including sourcing, screening, endorsements, and interview coordination. You will support onsite recruitment, assist walk-ins, handle admin tasks, and collaborate with operations to hit hiring goals.

The role requires at least 3 months in recruitment, excellent communication, ability to handle high call volumes, and proficiency with ATS/CRM and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of recruitment experience in RPO/BPO/staffing or fast-paced startups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong phone screening.
• Comfortable with high call volumes and tight timelines.
• Proficient in ATS/CRM and scheduling tools (Calendly/Google Calendar).
• Familiarity with AI tools and recruitment automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, endorsing, coordinating interviews with client teams.
• High-volume outreach: screen 100–200+ leads daily.
• Source across channels to build a talent pipeline.
• Assist onsite applicants and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth in-person experience.
• Endorse qualified candidates to clients and manage scheduling with headhunters.
