Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manpower or high-volume settings.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruitment activities from sourcing to endorsement.
• Ensure targets, quotas, and client requirements are met on time.
• Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies.

About the role

This is a recruitment leadership position in a manpower agency or staffing environment, responsible for overseeing daily recruitment activities, managing recruitment targets and deployment quotas, and leading a team of recruiters and recruitment staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and endorsement
• Ensure recruitment targets, deployment quotas, and client requirements are met within agreed timelines
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet manpower requirements
• Coordinate closely with clients regarding job vacancies, qualifications, hiring requirements, interview schedules, and deployment timelines
• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records
• Monitor individual and team recruitment KPIs and prepare recruitment performance reportsIdentify recruitment challenges and develop appropriate solutions to improve hiring and deployment efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable labor and recruitment regulations
• Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and urgent manpower requirements
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of recruiters and recruitment staff

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manpower agency, staffing company, or high-volume recruitment environment
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Experience handling multiple job vacancies and high-volume recruitment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines and targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms/job portals
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
