Job summary

KMZD GROUP in Makati, Metro Manila, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end talent acquisition, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities.

The role focuses on engaging active and passive candidates, using data-driven sourcing, and analyzing recruitment metrics to drive improvements across the hiring process. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to manage multiple vacancies in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years recruitment experience, preferably in manpower agency, staffing company, or high-volume recruitment.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
• Experience handling multiple job vacancies and high-volume recruitment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines and targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms/job portals.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
