Job summary

PETROPLAS TRADING INCORPORATED is seeking a leadership-level Recruitment Manager in Laguna to oversee recruitment operations, guide a team of recruiters, and shape strategic talent acquisition across the organization.

You will supervise recruitment staff, develop sourcing strategies, collaborate with department heads, and drive process improvements to ensure compliant, high-quality hiring. This role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration and continuous candidate experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience with high-volume hiring and specialized technical/headhunting recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate day-to-day performance of recruitment staff.
• Allocate requisitions and workload among team members based on capacity and expertise.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training to enhance recruiter competency and efficiency.
• Monitor team KPIs, including Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire.
• Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, networks, job fairs, and agencies.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment pipelines for administrative, operational, technical, and management roles.
• Manage direct recruitment for high-priority, sensitive, or leadership positions.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for continuous or high-turnover roles.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
