Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor to lead the recruitment team and partner with department heads to meet manpower needs. You will oversee daily activities, shape sourcing strategies, and ensure precise postings across channels.

The Recruitment Supervisor oversees the company's recruitment and hiring activities, ensuring that qualified candidates are sourced, assessed, and hired efficiently. The position supervises the recruitment team and works closely with department heads to meet manpower requirements.
Supervise and manage the daily activities of the Recruitment Team.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing methods.
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Review job descriptions and ensure job postings are accurate and attractive to candidates.
Post vacancies on job portals, social media, recruitment platforms, and other channels.
Source and screen qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate succeeding interview stages.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Evaluate applicants' qualifications, experience, skills, and overall suitability.
Maintain an updated database and talent pool of potential candidates.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms/HRIS.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
