Job summary

TigerUX is seeking a Recruiter to review candidate profiles, source openings, and advise on resume improvements to align with client requirements. You will coordinate interview schedules and help with interview arrangements while ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or a high school diploma with 3+ years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of contact center or customer care experience.
• 1 year of tenure per employer within the past 2 years.
• 1 year of sales experience in a US RPO environment.
• 6+ months of experience in volume or seasonal hiring (preferred).
• Clear, confident English communication with a neutral accent suitable for US-based clients and candidates.
• Ability to manage high-volume outbound calls, build rapport quickly, and maintain engaging conversations.
• Strong multitasking skills across calls, systems, and candidate/client records.
