Job Description:
Responsibilities
Candidate & Employer Outreach
- Conduct outreach and re-engage inactive candidates and employers.
- Communicate with clients to support hiring needs and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain active pipelines and meet outreach SLAs.
Scouting & Application Support
- Send targeted scout messages and manage candidate responses and applications.
- Maintain accurate candidate and application records.
Invoice Administration
- Prepare and issue placement invoices and follow up on payments.
- Monitor invoice status and support monthly billing reconciliation.
Data & System Accuracy
- Maintain accurate candidate, employer, job, and invoice records.
- Verify invoice details, candidate IDs, positions, and job types.
- Promptly escalated discrepancies or missing information.
Career Support Operations
- Support candidate and employer coordination, interview scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor assigned queues and ensure timely task completion.
- Escalate operational issues to the Career Support Team Leader.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, customer service, recruitment, administrative, or operations environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high-volume transactions.
- Good conversational and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, high-volume outbound activities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Comfortable using multiple systems, tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Willingness to work with US-based operations and schedules.
