Job summary

TigerUX in the Philippines is hiring for a Recruitment specialist to review profiles, source job openings, and align candidate qualifications with client needs. You will guide candidates on resume enhancements and coordinate interview arrangements to drive successful placements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in recruitment, including contact center or customer care experience, plus strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Clear, confident English communication with a neutral accent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage stakeholder needs.
• Experience in account management and US RPO environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma with 3+ years of professional experience.
• At least 2 years of contact center or customer care experience.
• Must have strong experience in Account Management.
• 1 year of tenure per employer within the past 2 years.
• 1 year of solid sales experience in a US RPO environment.
• 6+ months of experience in volume or seasonal recruitment (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage stakeholder needs and support successful placements.
• Clear, confident English communication with a neutral accent suitable for US-based

clients and candidates.

• Ability to manage high-volume outbound calls, build rapport quickly, and maintain

engaging conversations.

• Strong multitasking skills across calls, systems, and candidate/client records.

opportunities while driving customer and client satisfaction.

• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
