Job summary

S-Quad Realty & Development Corp in Cavite, Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source, screen, and coordinate interviews for candidates across real estate projects. You will support onboarding and help maintain an efficient applicant tracking system.

The role requires 1–2 years in recruitment, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple hiring needs concurrently. Proficiency in MS Office and online portals is essential, with familiarity in sales or construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably real estate, sales, or construction.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Experience recruiting sales agents is an advantage but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple hiring requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
