Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the real estate industry.
• Oversee the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding new employees.
• Build a talent pipeline by engaging with industry professionals and networks.
• Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.

Performance Management & Development
