About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist I (Project Based) to join our dynamic Human Resources and Recruitment team at Teleperformance. This is a contract-based position located in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our business objectives and project-specific staffing needs. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be instrumental in building high-performing teams and ensuring that we attract candidates who align with our organisational values and project requirements. This position offers the opportunity to develop your expertise in recruitment within a fast-paced, project-driven environment at one of the world's leading business process outsourcing companies.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability and project fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or project leads
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for project-based and contract positions, ensuring timely candidate placement
• Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records and recruitment databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for current and future project opportunities
• Provide recruitment support to project managers and team leads, understanding their staffing requirements and timelines
• Collaborate with Human Resources and project teams to ensure successful candidate onboarding and integration
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress, time-to-fill, and candidate quality indicators
• Assist in the creation and refinement of job descriptions and recruitment materials for project-based roles

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruitment
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and recruitment metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Familiarity with project-based and contract staffing models is highly desirable
• Knowledge of the business process outsourcing (BPO) or customer service industry is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and staffing requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new recruitment technologies
