About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Recruitment Specialist I (Project Based) to join our dynamic hiring team in Angeles City, Pampanga. This is a contract-based position that plays a crucial role in supporting our company's expansion and staffing initiatives. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and screening talent to fill various positions across our organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in recruitment whilst contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the specified job requirements and qualifications
• Conduct initial telephone or video interviews with potential candidates to assess suitability for open positions
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and organised recruitment records and candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• Provide recruitment support to hiring managers by preparing job descriptions and vacancy requisitions
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Assist with onboarding documentation and coordination for newly hired employees
• Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and timelines for various project-based roles
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and reporting as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a recruitment or human resources support role, or demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing and screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of employment law and recruitment best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing candidate qualifications
• Friendly, approachable demeanour with excellent customer service orientation
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Certification in recruitment or human resources is advantageous
• Familiarity with Philippine labour regulations and hiring practices is desirable
