This full-time role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process for project-based positions, ensuring a strong candidate experience and strict compliance.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage ATS workflows, and participate in recruitment events to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned projects and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and ensure documentation compliance.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and project needs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and participate in events to attract talent.
• Support onboarding with necessary documentation and orientation materials.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and Teleperformance policies.
