Job summary

Teleperformance Davao is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team on a project-based basis. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, attract top talent, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, strong knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS usage, and excellent communication skills in English. You will contribute to onboarding and stay updated on best practices in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3 years in Recruitment Specialist or similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
• Experience with internal recruitment processes is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or customer experience industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
• Manage job postings and maintain an organised database of candidates and recruitment records.
• Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials and references.
• Prepare job descriptions and recruitment briefs in collaboration with department heads and hiring managers.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on recruitment pipeline progress and hiring timelines.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the onboarding process and ensure new hires receive a smooth transition into the organisation.
• Stay current with recruitment best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
