• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements and candidate evaluations.
• Maintain an organized database of applicants and ensure proper documentation of recruitment activities.
• Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status.
• Ensure completion of recruitment targets within the given project timeline.
