About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist I (Project Based) to join our team at our Vertis North location in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our recruitment operations during high-volume hiring initiatives. As a Recruitment Specialist I, you will be responsible for executing targeted recruitment strategies to identify, attract and screen qualified candidates for various project-based roles within Teleperformance. This position is integral to ensuring we maintain a steady pipeline of talent and meet our ambitious hiring objectives whilst maintaining the highest standards of candidate experience and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various recruitment channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience and cultural fit with Teleperformance
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned projects, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and organised candidate databases and recruitment records, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, addressing queries and providing timely updates on application status
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements, competency profiles and specific project needs
• Track and report on recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire and candidate pipeline status
• Participate in recruitment events, career fairs and networking activities to promote Teleperformance as an employer of choice
• Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hires receive necessary documentation and orientation materials
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations and Teleperformance recruitment policies throughout the hiring process

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources, ideally within a BPO, outsourcing or high-volume hiring environment
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate screening techniques and interview processes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
• Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements in the Philippines is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
