Teleperformance in Pasay City is seeking a Recruitment Specialist I (Project Based) to join our HR & Recruitment team on a contract basis. You will source, screen, and schedule interviews, while managing candidate records and supporting onboarding and reporting.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with strong communication skills, ATS proficiency, and a proactive mindset to drive high-volume recruitment projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Open for Fresh Graduates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using ATS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple processes.
• Knowledge of Philippine employment laws and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial telephone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Managing recruitment databases and maintaining accurate candidate records throughout the hiring process.
• Posting job vacancies across multiple platforms and managing job board accounts.
• Providing recruitment support and administrative assistance to the HR team.
• Communicating with candidates regarding interview outcomes and employment offers.
• Assisting with the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics tracking.
• Supporting the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.
