About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Recruitment Specialist I (Project Based) to join our dynamic Human Resources and Recruitment team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a contract-based position designed to support our recruitment initiatives on a project basis. As a Recruitment Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging talented candidates to meet our organisational needs. This position is essential to ensuring we build high-performing teams that drive Teleperformance's continued success and growth across our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
• Screening resumes and conducting initial telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining accurate and organised recruitment records and candidate databases
• Posting job advertisements on appropriate platforms and managing job listings
• Conducting background checks and reference verification as required
• Supporting the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition for newly hired candidates
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on recruitment funnel progress
• Participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus visits to attract candidates

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources administration, preferably within an internal recruitment environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media recruitment platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
