Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Knowledge of sourcing, candidate assessment, and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project-based/contract staffing models is desirable.
• Knowledge of the BPO/customer service industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or project leads.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for project-based and contract roles.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases with data integrity.
• Develop relationships with potential candidates for current and future projects.
• Provide recruitment support to project managers and team leads.
• Collaborate with HR and project teams for onboarding and integration.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress and candidate quality.
• Assist in creating and refining job descriptions and recruitment materials.
