Job summary

RIMINI CHPH FASHIONS, INC. is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the company’s hiring needs.

You will source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Key duties include maintaining an active candidate pipeline, preparing job postings, supporting recruitment campaigns, and monitoring hiring progress to ensure timely onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source qualified candidates across channels.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local recruitment practices is an advantage.

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

• Source and screen qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and recruitment database

• Prepare job postings and support recruitment campaigns

• Monitor hiring progress and provide regular recruitment updates

• Ensure a smooth and timely candidate onboarding process

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with retail, FMCG, F&B, or other fast-paced industries

• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple vacancies

• Results-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment targets

• Strong hands-on recruitment experience with the ability to source and close candidates quickly

• Knowledge of Philippine recruitment practices is an advantage
