Job summary

ASYA GLASS PHILIPPINES INCORPORATED is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Cebu City to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through onboarding. You will focus on delivering a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint and collaborate with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, at least two years of experience in talent acquisition, and hands-on use of ATS and job boards like Jobstreet and Indeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least two years experience in handling end to end Talent Acquisition Programs preferably in the same industry.
• Hands-on experience with job sites like Jobstreet and Indeed and other sourcing sites.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Jobstreet, Indeed & Mynimo.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, engaging, confident and extroverted personality.
• Experience in leveraging social media platforms as hiring and talent management as hiring tool is an advantage

Job description

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the execution of the end-to-end recruitment process, including all the administrative work involved in the recruitment process. He/She is responsible for candidates’ experience in each recruitment touchpoint, from sourcing to offboarding.
