Job summary

A Taberna Foods Inc is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across corporate and operational roles in the Philippines.

You will source candidates through diverse platforms, conduct interviews, coordinate with Hiring Managers, and build a robust talent pipeline to support current and future staffing needs. The role also emphasizes onboarding, PESO compliance, and recruitment analytics to inform leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various corporate and operational positions
• Source and attract candidates through JobStreet, Bossjob, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, employee referrals, PESO, and other online recruitment platforms
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, competencies, and organizational fit
• Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
• Build, maintain, and manage a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring requirements
• Prepare employment offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities
• Process and coordinate PESO accreditation requirements, government recruitment initiatives, and maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies and institutions
• Maintain accurate applicant databases, recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment documentation
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide timely hiring updates to management

About the role

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including manpower requisition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, job offers, and onboarding.
