Job summary

Testech Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to build a strong talent pipeline through sourcing, candidate engagement, and end-to-end hiring coordination. You will contribute to strategic hiring plans, promote our employer brand across social media and careers pages, and support fast-paced recruitment activities.

This role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, online sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities.
• Good judgement and a professional approach to candidate and stakeholder interactions.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through social media, job boards, professional networks, and other online platforms.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening through interviewing and job offers.
• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job portals, and internal channels.
• Promote and maintain the company’s employer brand through social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports as required.
• Assist in developing and executing strategic hiring plans to attract and retain top talent.
• Coordinate candidate communications and maintain accurate recruitment records throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support timely recruitment outcomes.
