Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc. is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced environment. You will source, screen, interview, and select candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and expectations.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience with ATS, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring timely updates and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, psychology, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS.

Responsabilités

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring expectations.
• Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records, reports, and ATS entries.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness
