Job summary

The role requires strong communication skills, experience with ATS, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring timely updates and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, psychology, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring expectations.
• Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records, reports, and ATS entries.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness
