Job summary

ANC+ Group of Companies in Metro Manila is seeking an HR/Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes. You will source, screen, interview, and collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate requirements and timelines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience, with strong communication and familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools to handle multiple vacancies efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, databases, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and hiring expectations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and ATS entries.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with all candidates.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness
