Job summary

IntouchCX is hiring a Recruitment Associate to support the recruitment of our customer service representatives. You will partner with Recruitment Managers to determine staffing needs and manage applicant submissions from first contact to interview scheduling.

The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to handle high volumes. Previous interviewing experience is a plus; 1–2 years in a fast-paced administrative environment is expected.

• 1–2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruitment Managers to determine staffing needs.
• Interact with applicants and respond to initial inquiries.
• Process and track applicant job submissions.
• Conduct and request tests needed for hiring.
• Recommend ways of improving recruiting process.
• Participate in job fairs and hiring events.
• Build relationships with internal employees.
• Ensure orientation and the onboarding process runs smoothly.
