Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Talent Acquisition and People Operations. You will conduct initial candidate interviews, assess communication and fit, and help create a positive candidate journey from first contact through scheduling and follow-ups.

You will engage with applicants in a fast-paced, professional environment, ensuring timely communication and accurate record-keeping while partnering with the Talent Acquisition team to improve hiring processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center, BPO, or another customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial candidate interviews via phone and video screening.
• Evaluate candidates' communication skills, work experience, professionalism, and fit for the role.
• Follow structured interview guides and prepare detailed notes for hiring managers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for applicants and answer questions with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and maintain accurate ATS records.
