SAGILITY PHILIPPINES B.V. BRANCH OFFICE is seeking a Recruitment Associate to support end-to-end high-volume hiring across healthcare, customer service, back-office, and shared services.

The Recruitment Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring requirements across Sagility's healthcare, customer service, back-office, and shared services operations. The role is primarily focused on attracting, screening, assessing, and endorsing qualified candidates while ensuring hiring targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and candidate experience standards are consistently achieved.
The Recruitment Associate works closely with Hiring Managers, Operations Leaders, Workforce Planning Teams, Sourcing Specialists, and Talent Acquisition Leaders to fulfill manpower requirements within agreed timelines. This role requires strong recruitment execution skills, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned volume hiring requisitions
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and job fit
Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers within agreed timelines
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Facilitate candidate movement throughout the recruitment lifecycle until onboarding
Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement
Maintain regular communication regarding application status, interview schedules, assessments, and onboarding requirements
Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and critical hiring needs
Support high-volume hiring initiatives across healthcare, customer service, claims, provider services, back-office, and corporate support functions
Participate in virtual and onsite hiring events, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or any related field
At least 1-3 years of recruitment experience preferably in BPO, shared services, healthcare, or volume hiring environments
Experience handling customer service, back-office, healthcare support, or shared services hiring is preferred
