Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, INC (a Teleperformance company) seeks dedicated recruiting support staff for a 3-month project. The role starts onsite on Day 1 with remote work available after Day 1, focusing on housing, travel, payroll, and assignment-related inquiries.

You will manage cases, document interactions, and coordinate with payroll to resolve issues. The position requires at least 6 months of CSR experience and strong communication skills, with a goal of delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• 6 months of Customer Service Representative experience or similar in a contact-center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Dependable, accountable, and professional in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clinicians and healthcare providers regarding housing, travel, payroll, and other assignment-related concerns.
• Create, manage, and resolve cases with accurate documentation and dispositions.
• Review payroll-related inquiries and coordinate with the Payroll Team for approvals and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with processes and standards.
• Adapt to evolving operating requirements while delivering excellent customer service.

• Review and process payroll-related inquiries and coordinate with the Payroll Team for approvals, escalations, and issue resolution

• Adapt to evolving operational requirements while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience

Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
