Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to drive compliant onboarding for National Accounts, Office of the President, and Vendor Neutral programs in a fast-paced US-based environment. You will manage drug screenings, background checks, I-9 verification, and health testing, while communicating with candidates and recruiters.

The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple files while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO or shared services experience.
• Experience supporting US-based business operations or administrative processes.
• Previous graveyard or night-shift experience.
• Stable employment history with minimal short-term job changes.
• Virtual Assistant, administrative coordination, or high-volume processing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding requirements, including drug screenings, background checks, I-9 verification, occupational health assessments, medical testing, and applicable forms.
• Monitor onboarding progress and maintain accurate trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Provide timely status updates to recruiters and relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate with candidates through phone calls, email, SMS, and Microsoft Teams.
• Verify the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of onboarding records.
• Handle multiple onboarding files while meeting deadlines and turnaround expectations.
• Manage system access requirements, including passwords and identification records.
• Access and monitor work orders and onboarding tasks through SharePoint and internal systems.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and virtual communications using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

Job Summary
