• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions from contract execution through closing.
• Track key deadlines, including inspection periods, contingencies, and closing dates.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, escrow, and title companies.
• Prepare, review, and organize transaction documents and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records in the transaction management system.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments.
• Provide regular status updates to all parties involved in the transaction.
• Ensure compliance with brokerage and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized digital files for each active transaction.
