Job summary

Filinvest Land is seeking a motivated sales professional to promote properties and drive annual sales in Rizal, Cainta. You will conduct site tours, identify and qualify prospects, and close deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will also handle paperwork, build a client database, and present tailored solutions based on clients' needs and financials. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with social media skills a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 2-year or 4-year degree or 72 college units completed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Promote FLI properties through manning, advertisements, and other effective strategies.
• Provide site tours for ocular visits.
• Prospect and source potential clients while delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure the closing of sales.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for clients and ensure collection of required documents.
• Develop and maintain client database.
• Prepare and facilitate effective client presentations.
• Render overall customer service.
• Ensure efficient delivery of monthly sales targets.
• Facilitate after-sales service.
• Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property at the right price under the best terms.
• Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Remain knowledgeable about company products, real estate markets, and industry best practices.

About You
