Job summary

AHAM Corporation in Quezon City seeks a proactive Training and Development Officer to design and deliver programs for project teams. You will run workshops and collaborative sessions to enhance team skills and align training with project needs.

You will monitor program effectiveness, mentor trainees, and work with project managers to identify learning gaps. A background in Appliances is preferred, with 1–3 years in training or project management.

Qualifications
