Job Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and facilitate training materials to build foundational skills and knowledge.
• Lead multi-week, blended new hire training programs, including transmission, nesting, and floor training.
• Coach and supervise learners during OJT, nesting, TQ, BQM, and evolution phases to achieve performance metrics.
• Deliver engaging product, behavioral, and tool-based training sessions.
• Monitor new hire progression and enhancement training; provide feedback and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain accurate reports and required certifications; support self-skilling during non-classroom periods.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
