RBGM Medical Express Sales Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver product training across Sales, Marketing, and other departments, ensuring teams understand the company's products and services. This role covers end-to-end training from materials creation to evaluating learning outcomes.

You will create materials, conduct sessions, coordinate schedules, and provide field coaching, with opportunities to advance to Senior Product Training Specialist as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of product training or related experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in training design, facilitation, or product demonstrations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of training methods, instructional design, and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and deliver product training materials (manuals, presentations, videos, e-learning modules).
• Conduct in-person and online product training for Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and materials preparation.
• Provide field coaching, assess product knowledge application, and address training gaps.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Teams, and Principals to align training with business goals.
• Support training and onboarding for newly acquired products.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
• Prepare training reports, attendance records, and recommendations for improvement.
