Job summary

You will monitor program effectiveness, mentor trainees, and work with project managers to identify learning gaps. A background in Appliances is preferred, with 1–3 years in training or project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in training or project management
• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learning styles
• Willingness to travel for onsite training sessions

Responsibilities

• Design and implement training programs for project teams.
