Job summary

Mitti Supply in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Business Support Coordinator to manage orders from placement through to fulfilment and to provide clear, timely updates to customers.

Work with Purchasing, Sales and Customer Success to keep all stakeholders informed, identify issues early, and maintain accurate order visibility across internal systems. This role emphasizes ownership and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in business support, order management or procurement coordination.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple supplier systems and updating customers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open customer orders from placement to fulfilment.
• Proactively identify delayed or back-ordered orders and communicate updates to customers.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales and Customer Success to maintain order visibility.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm stock status and lead times.
• Maintain accurate order data across internal systems and reporting.
