Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture seeks a Business Support Coordinator for Mitti Supply to monitor orders end-to-end and proactively coordinate with suppliers to meet delivery commitments.

You will inform customers of status, delays or alternatives, working closely with Purchasing, Sales and Customer Success to protect strategic relationships and ensure smooth fulfilment. A highly organized, proactive approach is valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in business support, order management, customer service, or similar coordination role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to track and report data.
• Experience with ERP, order-management, eCommerce, or CRM systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open orders from placement to fulfilment.
• Identify back-orders, pending deliveries and intervene as needed.
• Provide proactive order status updates to customers.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales and Customer Success on order issues.
• Maintain accurate order data across internal systems.
• Develop reporting to show order status, lead times and delivery dates.
