Job summary

Centennial Food Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team by coordinating customer orders, documents, reports, schedules, and communication across Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production, and Finance. The role ensures accurate processing of sales transactions and proper coordination of customer requirements.

The candidate will maintain databases, respond to inquiries, and help resolve issues to keep orders on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service or related role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of sales order processing and documentation.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of inventory, delivery and sales processes.
• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, encode, and monitor customer orders and sales requests.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives regarding order details, pricing, availability, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor the status of orders from booking until delivery.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Production regarding product availability and order fulfillment.
• Prepare Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery-related documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and monitor targets, bookings, and deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders and schedules.
• Coordinate with Finance/Accounting regarding billing and payment status.
• Maintain updated sales databases and trackers.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and coordinate with appropriate departments.
