MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Coordinator for night shift onsite at Eastwood, Quezon City. This offshore role focuses on fostering long-term client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring timely purchase orders, shipments, and related documentation.

You will work with Account Managers, manage end-to-end order flows, coordinate with internal teams, and execute with autonomy within structured processes.

Position Summary

The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering genuine, long-term client relationships, going beyond transactional interactions to become a trusted partner. Working closely with Account Managers, this offshore role based in the Philippines through MicroSourcing is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, supporting revenue growth, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of purchase orders, shipments, and related documentation.

Role Level

The role best fits Intermediate to early Senior level (1–5 years experience) due to the requirement for:

• End-to-end ownership of inbound and outbound order flows
• Managing multiple concurrent transactions with strong prioritization and coordination
• Exercising independent judgment in identifying and preventing processing risks and delays
• Operating with high execution autonomy within structured operational processes rather than purely task-based support
