• Updating, managing and maintaining customer's inventory using appropriate systems, software, processes and procedures.
• Making bookings with the appropriate freight company and managing delivery schedule.
• Adhoc data entry and data management and any other admin/ office tasks.
• Responding to customers’ queries via email.
