Job summary

Ubiquity in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to deliver exceptional service with expertise, empathy, and drive. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–2 years in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles; foodservice/packaging a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily sales operations and quotations for customers.
Prepare order confirmations and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
Support lead generation activities and reporting.
Respond to inquiries via email/phone and maintain CRM records.
Follow up on quotes/orders to ensure timely communication and high service standards.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to fulfill orders accurately.
