Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is hiring a Business Support Coordinator to manage orders and provide proactive customer updates throughout the fulfilment process. You will work closely with Purchasing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure timely, accurate communication and resolution of order issues.

The role focuses on proactive issue identification, supplier liaison, and clear customer communication to keep orders on track and expectations aligned.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in business support, order management, or similar coordination role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple supplier portals and systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open customer orders from placement through to complete fulfilment.
• Proactively identify orders requiring intervention and investigate status with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate order status and delivery date information across internal systems.
• Provide proactive customer updates when orders are delayed or back-ordered.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales and Customer Success to ensure visibility of order issues.
