Job summary

Prople BPO Inc. in the Philippines seeks an Order Management specialist to handle external customer orders through warehouse processing and related tasks.

You will verify orders, coordinate with Sales & Marketing, prepare SPR and ICF, arrange transportation, monitor deliveries, and ensure proper inbound posting and POD documentation to support timely invoicing and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ College degree required.
• At least 1 year relevant work experience.
• Willing to be assigned in McKinley, Taguig.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Order Management and warehouse processing for external customers.
• Verify orders, coordinate with Sales & Marketing, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Prepare SPR/ICF with complete supporting documents and manage stock references.
• Arrange transportation for invoiced orders and monitor delivery status.
• Inbound posting, GR/reception, replenishment and related documentation.
• Monitor POD documentation and ensure timely invoicing and collections.
