Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. (Selecta Philippines) is seeking a Premium Category Strategy and Planning Assistant Manager to drive market-making category plans. You will liaise between Brand Marketing and Field Sales to ensure cohesive campaigns and scalable trade executions.

The role focuses on data-driven insights, end-to-end launches, and developing category growth strategies across channels, brands, and partners.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in trade marketing.
• 1 year in shopper marketing, field sales or key account management is a plus.
• Experience with data analytics in FMCG preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own total performance of brands: Magnum, Mass Premium, Crema Prima, Cobranding, Ben & Jerry's.
• Analyze channel, brand, area and customer sales to grow the category and forecast per SKU.
• Develop growth strategies to feed annual omni-channel plans.
• Lead decisions using NRM levers to improve profitability and manage NRM network.
• Translate brand plans into holistic ice cream programs with marketing teams.
• Create sell-in stories for new product innovations to drive category growth.
• Oversee launches with forecasting, demand planning and flawless execution.
• Enforce Perfect Store principles to guide availability, assortment, activations and media.
