Job summary

Magnum RFM Ice Cream Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Key Customer Executive for National Chains to drive sustainable growth across major accounts in Food Service. You will lead strategic planning, foster strong partnerships, and execute programs that increase revenue, market presence, and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, collaboration across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, and delivering mutually beneficial business results with national partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within the Food Service channel.
• Ability to manage complex national chain accounts and relationships.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned National Chain Accounts to achieve volume, revenue, profit, and market share objectives
• Lead business reviews, performance tracking, and strategic discussions with customers
• Lead product ideation sessions with National Chain customers to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
• Initiate activation opportunities and lead cross-functional efforts for programs, launches and LTOs
• Monitor sales performance, customer trends, competitor activities, and market developments
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Operations
• Resolve customer concerns, service issues, and operational challenges promptly
