Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in trade marketing with 1 year in shopper marketing or field sales or key account management a plus.
• Experience with data analytics in an FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication and leadership skills.
• Advanced understanding of category, customers, channels and trade marketing practices.

Aufgaben

• Handle Category Strategy & Planning for Take Home Ice Cream and related brands.
• Analyze channel, brand, area and customer sales to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop growth and market development strategies for annual omni-business plans.
• Recommend strategic actions using Net Revenue Management levers to improve profitability.
• Translate brand plans into holistic ice cream programs with cross‑functional partners.
• Create data‑driven sell‑in stories for new product innovations.
• Lead premium category operations and ensure flawless launches and 360 campaigns.
• Establish and monitor category and channel principles via Perfect Store program.
