Job summary

Magnum Icc Sweden Supply Ab is seeking a Premium Category Strategy & Planning Assistant Manager in the Philippines to drive category insights and growth opportunities for Take Home Ice Cream. You will lead category plans, monitor performance, and guide trade initiatives with cross-functional partners to ensure strong execution.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in trade marketing, data analytics skills, and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset to navigate a fast-moving FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in trade marketing.
• 1 year experience in shopper marketing, field sales or key account management is a plus.
• Experience in data analytics within an FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication and leadership skills.
• Advanced understanding of category, customers, channels and trade marketing practices.
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership for results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation.
• Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for total performance of brands: Magnum, Mass Premium, Crema Prima, Cobranding, Ben & Jerry's.
• Monitor and analyze channel, brand, area and customer sales performance to identify opportunities to grow the ice cream category and ensure accurate forecasts per SKU.
• Develop Category Growth & Market Development Strategies based on insights that feed annual Omni-business plans for customers.
• Lead business decisions using Net Revenue Management levers to optimise profitability; analyze data and drive growth drivers for the total Ice Cream Category.
• Collaborate with Ice Cream BUs and Shopper & Channel Marketing to translate Brand Plans into scalable programs.
• Create compelling sell-in stories rooted in data for New Product launches.
• Lead Premium Category Operations and land launches with forecasting and demand planning; manage execution of campaigns across channels.
• Establish and monitor Category & Channel Principles through Perfect Store program to support Availability, Assortment, Discoverability and Activations.
