Job summary

• Experience in logistics, warehouse management, and customer experience in FMCG.
• Experience in leading complex operations.
• Execution-driven with a solutions mindset and ability to translate vision into results.
• Ability to leverage partners, digital tools, and data to drive growth and efficiency.
• Strong people management, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steer Logistics strategies and process standards to comply with the global SC strategy and customer requirements.
• Set annual targets for logistics costs and investments at global/regional/local levels.
• Lead trade logistics development and implementation.
• Define logistics network to optimize cost and service across order cycle.
• Ensure seamless customer orders processing.
• Develop service improvement strategies (diamond model).
• Manage customer complaints and solutions.
• Optimize warehouse productivity: inbound/outbound/inventory control/capacity planning.
• Identify other improvement areas in logistics processes and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with IP, Production, QA, CD and Marketing for coordination.
• Co-lead logistics safety and security programs.
• Maintain team leadership by developing talents for succession.
• Oversee 3PL partners.
